Get ready to enjoy a delivery day at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels with its filled parking garage of not only Christmas presents but also that wonderful Christmas cheer. This year our delivery day will be on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at 7 a.m.
Would you like to sponsor one of our 400 families by purchasing gifts or gift cards for them?
Our family profiles are categorized by their clothing sizes, household goods, and wish lists. Typically when sponsoring a family, you will spend $175-$200 per family member. This varies depending on the family’s needs as well as the donor’s. Based on the family profile, each member should be receiving a complete outfit from head to toe along with a few items from the household goods list as well as a couple of items for each member from the wish list. In regards to the wish list, it is perfectly fine if you would like to focus on the children. In addition, you may also help to pay their rent, and/or utilities. Please fill out the form below and we will match you with the perfect family.

I would like to sponsor a family for the 2023 Christmas Season. How do I sign up?
Already filled out our sponsor form and you have received your family profile and are now ready to donate? Below are the various options to support your sponsored family:
- Purchase physical gifts for your family or families. All items, including clothing, must be new. Each item should be gift-wrapped. Each gift must be clearly tagged with the following information: Family Name, Family Number, and Name of the Individual receiving the gift. Drop off physical gifts to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels at 555 W. Temple Street, Los Angeles CA 90012. Our office is located in the parking structure on the P-2 level in the southeast corner. Please include a copy of your sponsored family profile(s) and indicate your sponsored family name(s) and assigned #(s). Please refer to our office hours or give us a call to arrange a drop-off.
2. Make a monetary online donation where we would purchase gifts by clicking on I AM A SPONSOR! I’M READY TO DONATE! Here you will specify the family name and number that has been assigned to your sponsored family. If you are sponsoring more than one family, please indicate in the memo box along with the breakdown for each family.

3. Make a monetary donation where we would purchase gifts by mailing a check payable to Adopt A Family program, 3424 Wilshire Blvd., 3rd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90010. Please include a copy of your sponsored family profile(s) and indicate your sponsored family name(s) and assigned #(s).
4. Purchase physical gift cards and mail them to Adopt A Family Program, 3424 Wilshire Blvd., 3rd Floor, Los Angeles, CA 90010. Please include a copy of your sponsored family profile(s) and indicate your sponsored family name(s) and assigned #(s).
5. Purchase E-gift cards using adoptafamily@la-archdiocese.org as the intended recipient. Please indicate your sponsored family name(s) and assigned #(s) in the notes.
6. Drop off gift cards to the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Angels at 555 W. Temple Street, Los Angeles CA 90012. Our office is located in the parking structure on the P-2 level in the southeast corner. There is also a secure lockbox outside of this location’s office. Please include a copy of your sponsored family profile(s) and indicate your sponsored family name(s) and assigned #(s).
All monetary and gift card donation sponsorships are due by November 27, 2023. Gift donations are due by December 11th. Please let us know if you have any questions.
